As the founder of Tailored People Development, she partners with businesses to build strong HR foundations and coaches professionals to reach their full potential.

Grace holds the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification and has been an active member of SHRM and Suncoast HR since 2001. She is passionate about helping individuals and teams thrive through customized HR solutions and leadership development.
Grace lives in Dunedin, Florida, with her husband and two cats, and is actively involved in local and charitable organizations.
